This notice covers the (un)comfy by ZAG website and its first-access signup. The Journey Collection is in development; the site does not currently accept orders, payments or shipping addresses.

When you join first access

We save your email address, any garment and usual-size preferences you choose to share, the signup location on the website, and the time and version of your consent. Size and garment preferences are optional.

By choosing to sign up, you ask (un)comfy by ZAG to send collection updates and first-access news. Signing up does not reserve a product or promise a launch date. A saved signup is confirmed on screen; it is not an email-address verification.

How we use your information

We use signup information to understand interest in the collection and contact people who have asked for updates. We do not sell your signup information. Access to the signup list is restricted to the store owner. Hosting providers process information to run the website and store the list.

Change your mind

You can remove your signup and preferences using the removal link shown after a new signup. You can also contact the ZAG team to request access, correction or removal. Keep your removal link private. We retain signup information while it is needed for these collection updates, until you ask us to remove it or the list is retired.

Website operation

To limit automated submissions, the site uses a short-lived request counter derived from a hashed network address and time window. Expired counters are cleared as new signup requests arrive. The hosting service may also process routine request and security logs under its own terms.

Public visitors can browse and sign up without a ChatGPT account. The private studio uses ChatGPT sign-in. Palette preferences belong to that private studio. If a previous preview saved a bag on your device, you can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data; it has never represented an order or reservation.
